Return & Refund Policy

Every piece is made and packed with care, start to finish, which is why all sales are final. I am not able to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. That said, I always want to do right by you. In rare circumstances, a refund may be granted at my discretion. If it is, a 5% processing fee will be deducted, and shipping costs along with any taxes are non-refundable.

Pieces are sold for personal use only, not for resale. By placing an order, you're confirming it's for personal use. I reserve the right to decline any order, for any reason, without explanation. Privacy

Your privacy matters to me, and I will never misuse your information with outside affiliates or third parties. To process your order, I collect your name, email, billing address, phone number, payment information, IP address, and general geographic region. This information is used only to fulfill orders, process payment, and respond to your questions. I can not complete your order without it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to ship my order?

All original pieces are carefully packaged in my Sacramento home studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and carrier. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

My order is being returned to sender. What do I do?

Returns to sender usually happen due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an unclaimed package, or multiple failed delivery attempts. If the return was due to an address error entered at checkout or an unclaimed package, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is back with me, I'll reach out with next steps.

I am not liable for items stolen after a delivery has been marked as complete. 

Do you take commissions?

Yes! I love bringing custom ideas to life. Commissions require an upfront deposit: $20 for small pieces, $30 for medium pieces, and $50 for large pieces. Use the contact form to share your vision and we'll go from there. Please note that all commission orders are final sale and deposits are non-refundable.

How should I care for my artwork?

Keep your piece out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat or humidity to preserve the colors and integrity of the painting. All pieces are sealed with an acrylic varnish.

If you bought a physical piece (ex: Mirror or glass bowl) do not wash with harsh chemicals or cleaning products. Lightly dust and wipe with a damp paper towel and do so with care. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time I do not ship internationally.
